The Perfect Master Cleanse Recipe
The Master Cleanse recipe:
Recommended intake is 6-12 glasses a day for the minimum of 10 days and a maximum of 30 days.
In a large glass of water (approx 8fl oz)
Add the following:
- The juice of 1/2 a lemon
- 2 tablespoons of maple syrup
- A pinch of cayenne pepper
