Drinking plenty of water (at least 8 glasses a day) helps to flush away the toxins and reduce the detox symptoms. Drinking other healthy drinks such as herbal teas and juices many also help. Washing the skin by taking a hot shower can also help to wash away the toxins. Eat lighter meals regularly.
See these symptoms as a mark of your progress a positive reaction from your body. Many people may be tempted to give up on their detox plan because they feel worse than when they started. Don't forget, the symptoms are your body's way of telling you that the toxins are being flushed out and that in the longer term you're going to feel a lot better.
Keep positive
The more severe detox symptoms such as muscle aches and nausea are signs that you had a severe amount of toxins in your body. Rather than focusing on your symptoms stay focused on how better your going to feel without those nasty toxins in your body.
